High-Hang Snatch (5×3 from the hip( start light and build up))

Whip and Push (AMRAP – Reps)

2×4 min AMRAP

5 hand release push-ups

5 DUs

5 HRPU

10 DUs

5 HRPU

20 DUs

5 HRPU

continue with 5 HRPU per round

add 5 DUs per round

1 min rest between rounds

Score total reps

continue where you left off from from the first AMRAP

Comp extra work(deads and box jumps) (Weight)

5×3 deadlift increasing

2 box jumps for height between rounds

score deadlift weight and make note of box jump height
