Wednesday 9-11-2013

We want to remind everyone of our new Fall class schedule. Monday-Thursday we will continue the normal 5:30, 6:30, and 8:30am classes and the 4:30, 5:30, and 6:30pm classes. Friday we will have only the 5:30, 6:30, 8:30am classes and 4:30 and 5:30pm classes. No 6:30pm class on Friday. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday we will have a 55+ class at 7:30am. Monday-Wednesday we will have CrossFit Kids at 3:45pm. There is no longer a 9:30am class. We want to see a good turnout today in honor of all the lives lost on September 11th, 2001. Grab a partner and let’s do some work!!
