The box was full again Tuesday. That’s great. I had been missing some people. I’m glad to see people in from vacations and even a couple of bugs. The box has that live feeling again. Welcome back!
It seems as though our warm up experiment is going good. I like the energy going on during warm up when everyone is jumping all over the place. Working the movements that are coming up in the WOD is giving us an opportunity to work a little on the lifts too. Keep rollin’.
