Wednesday 7-11-12

The box was full again Tuesday. That’s great. I had been missing some people. I’m glad to see people in from vacations and even a couple of bugs. The box has that live feeling again.  Welcome back!

It seems as though our warm up experiment is going good. I like the energy going on during warm up when everyone is jumping all over the place. Working the movements that are coming up in the WOD is giving us an opportunity to work a little on the lifts too. Keep rollin’.

15 Min Warm Up and WOD Overview

15 Min AMRAP:

6 Kettlebell Swings, 2/1.5 pood

9 Box Jumps 24″/20″

12 Pull Ups

    I did 8 rds 15 min AMRAP today. I changed it up and did muscle up progressions instead of pull ups because my hands are shredded but OMG was that hard.  So following true CrossFit formula I will begin to swap exercises and keep a constantly varied program to create strength over a broad field.  The more I learn about CrossFit the more I am truly amazed!!
