It’s here!!!

We are going to do an intro to CrossFit Endurance this Saturday. Anybody that has any inclination to getting your endurance up should come check it out. Daylon will give an overview of what to expect from the programming and then he will do a Q & A. He will kick it off after the WOD @ 10:30.

The squat cleans were tough! We have some athletes that are crushing these WODS and it seems like every time I turn around somebody that has been having trouble with a lift is getting it. WOW! Way to go CrossFit Texarkana!

Have a look at the announcement board for details on our zip line/canoe trip on the 23rd. I had a sign up sheet up that bit the dust compliments of the WOD but I will get another one up. We are looking for at least twenty people to get group rates. I know we had more than that interested but we need to know for sure to reserve the times.
