Alright modality minions, we’re starting a new Wednesday tradition – “Weakness Wednesday”. We’re going to work out that nasty taught tissue we all have after those last two WODs and begin our quest for “why?”. Why does coach keep insisting I get a heavier kettlebell when the one I have is too heavy? Why is my back so tight I can’t stand up straight after back extensions? Why do burpees KILL me?
