We’ve had a lot of interest from members in doing another Endurance program. Well I agree it is time to give it another go! Starting Monday we will be programming endurance wods to run parallel with the general programming. If you are interested in learning how to run more efficiently and how to improve your conditioning then CrossFit Endurance may be for you! Anyone interested and unfamiliar with the programming needs to get with Daylon or Joey for more details on how CrossFit Endurance works in relation to the normal wod. 

Warm Up: Shoulder Mobility, PVC Pass Throughs, Mat Trips

4 Rounds For Time:

15 KB Swing 1.5/1 pood

12 Hand Release Push Ups

9 Pull Ups

6 Handstand Push Ups

3 Muscle Ups/Progressions

Cash Out:

10 Min of Mobility/Stretching
