This Saturday at 10:30am we will hold the first pose running clinic for the CrossFit Endurance athletes. We will get anyone unfamiliar with the method set up with a basic understanding of how it works and give you guys some drills to work through. If you’re unable to attend then get with Joey or Daylon at some point to set aside some time to work drills. Great effort so far this week by everyone on the benchmarks!!!
