RowFit is coming to CrossFit Texarkana!!!

What is RowFit?

RowFit is a combination of indoor rowing and HIIT ( High Intensity Interval Training) style exercise. Our intervals are based on the body’s energy systems. We want every interval to be like it’s your last. Our working sets stay anywhere from 20-120secs with rest being at least a 1:1 ratio or longer. We want everyone to “Empty their fuel Tank” on every working interval. Then we rest and try to bring that energy system back up and Repeat. You’ll burn an extreme amount of calories and increase lean muscle while increasing your muscular endurance. RowFit uses full-body movements and multiple types of equipment including kettlebells, battle ropes and medicine balls to get you maximum results. We also implement agility and core stability to every workout. RowFit is a fat burning, butt kicking 30-40min workout. And it doesn’t require much equipment or space.

All the workouts are scalable and all fitness levels are welcome. The great thing about Rowfit is that it’s for everyone. Using our HIIT approach and various stations with scalable movements, you can be a professional athlete or just starting your fitness journey. Whether you already row or are considering rowing to keep in shape, lose weight, cross-train for another sport, compete on the water or rehabilitate from injury or surgery, rowing is the complete exercise for you. 

This class will be held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 6:30pm. We will also be making it available in the 7:30am time slot on days to be announced soon. Please spread the word to all of your friends!!! People who may be a little too intimidated with CrossFit but are interested in getting fit will love this class!!
