10 min Group Warm Up and WOD Overview at the top of class

12 Min AMRAP:

5 Simultaneous Independent KB Swings (weight to be determined by coach)

5 Simultaneous Independent KB Upright Rows (same weight)

5 Simultaneous Independent KB Presses (same weight)

15 Abmat Butterfly Sit Ups
