If this guy can get in and do this then I can’t think of anybody that has a legitimate excuse not to begin CrossFit. There are several key points in this video that show us how anybody can CrossFit and that even though the sport of it is what brings many people to it, there is something in it for everybody that wants a healthier more fit life.┬áThere is some language here (imagine that).
