Reset monitor to count down for each set. Keep up with meters for each set, but score total meters.

Turkish Get Up’s + Waiter Carry

2 rounds

3 TGU + 30m waiter carry. Per side.

2 TGU on the 3 rep carry the KB overhead ,arm locked out bicep behind or inline with ear. Carry for 30m
