It Starts With Food workshop sign up is on the announcement board. Some have asked could I do it during another time. I have a spot for your name and a preferred time and day. We will see the demand and try to accommodate accordingly. If you are the least bit interested in how to get the most out of the hard work you’re putting into CrossFit, this workshop is for you! Bring outsiders as well. You don’t have to be a part of the cult lol! You will learn all the scientific explanations of how your body and food interact but also we will go over simple analogies and real life scenarios. It will be applicable in every way to all of us. No one will complete this workshop with questions or a doubt or I will refund your money.
