I get busy! Classes in the a.m., classes in the p.m., personal training, programming, putting out fires, you get the idea. That’s just on a professional level not to mention the honey-do’s. Sometimes its a chore to squeeze in a fit and healthy lifestyle. What I’m saying is, I can relate to anyone  trying to overcome obstacles to reach their goals. That is why I posted a while back that we were getting a tool in the box to help with doing just that, reaching our goals. Several people seemed to be excited and it’s here!!! The WOD Log/Beginners Book for $11  plans out exactly what we need to do to reach our goals with CrossFit. We wanted to make these available to each of you so that you could do the thing that matters most when working toward goals; find a program and stick with it! This is our program, I highly recommend getting a book and sticking with it.

14:50…a PR w/ 2 seconds to spare! It’s still by definition a PR so I’m not complaining! I’ve been in the endurance group long enough now that it almost felt retro being in the main mix! LOL Nonetheless it was good to get to WOD with the whole gang again!
