Tuesday 6-12-12

We will shoot for the 30th for our CrossFit throw down. In case you are wondering what we will do is put together different WODS that are scalable/modifiable so that anyone can compete. We are even going to offer it to the public to increase CrossFit awareness in Texarkana.

I am impressed we had as many show up for the 2 mile as we did. Real proud of everybody’s efforts!

    wow way harder than it looked!! my delts are still twitching and my front squat is really needing work!! but thats whats it all about continuous progression!!
