Warm Up: Butt kickers down and back, 20 elbows to arches, grapevine down and back, stiff leg march down and back, 20 push ups.
We will sub pull ups for rope climbs if they cannot be done
Seven rounds for time of:
15 foot Rope climb, 1 ascent
10 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
15 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 poods
