Tuesday 11-1-11

  It hasn’t gotten out of hand yet but our numbers are growing and so is the frequency of things left in the gym. We see shakers, sweats, hats, etc and the worse of them all…unracked weights and bars. Weights are just a pain to load if their not yours but bars can cause injury. Please take a moment after the WOD and clear your stuff.
  Wednesday we will take a day to work on mobility. I have been putting together what I would like to see us start with on the Mobility WOD for points but I anticipate that many will need a demonstration. Understand that as with everything we do, as you progress into these positions and improve on them, work to find another level. I will show each of you how to reach that new level with your mobility.
