I will make myself available for our It Starts With Food workshops on Wednesdays at noon and after the 5:30 p.m. WOD and Saturdays after the a.m. WOD. This will begin this Wednesday. I would like for each of you attending to call or preferably text me to confirm when you will be attending each week. If no one confirms for a specific time slot I will not hold a workshop at that time.
