Tuesday 1-24-12

It was good to see the weights getting “thrown around” Monday. I hope everyone had a good time and recorded their max. I will show everyone how to use the percentages of that max for strength training 3-4 times a week before the WOD and of course in the WOD we will begin prescribing percentages off of that max. Let’s get strong Crossfit Texarkana!

400 Meter Run

30 Box Jumps, 24″

30 Wall Ball Shots, 20 lb
