We’re looking to do a yoga class this Saturday before open gym We will put up a sign up sheet for those interested in participating.

Squat Clean Thruster + (R) Front Lunge + (L) Front Lunge 95/65 lbs

*15 HR Push Ups every time you drop the bar. Bar can’t rest on your back.
