Great job everybody on the modifications for Monday’s WOD! 

21-15-9 reps for time of:

135 pound Clean
GHD sit-up

Notice how the knees are straight and tight. This is proper form coming up on a GHD situp. Don’t do this and back pain/trouble lies ahead. On the way down is when they are lose, then fire straight before you initiate movement up.

    I am wiped out from the last two WODs. My delts are killing me, my blades are wrecked but man do I feel good!!!! ; ))) 
    I stepped into “globo” gym today and had a friend look at me shocked. He said dude you look fit! wow your so lean what are you doing? I answered crossfit, to the reply of another man standing close by, he said man thats just weekend warrior crap be careful you’ll get hurt doing that stuff…..I was speechless. 
    The trainers at our gym are elite.  I’d like more one on one time but feel 100% confident in their abilities to train us correctly.  I know all I have to do is ask and I’ll be met with all the training and advice I can stand : )
    We are a family and its evident by our support of each other during our WODs.  We spend time together in and out of the “box”. I love my new lifestyle and my new family. I’m blown away by the increase in members and hope it continues. 
    So thank you Jeremy, Daylon and Joey for all you do for us.
