How many of you are sick and tired of being sick and tired about your weight and how to eat what’s right for you? Would it be worth $40 for a month of Saturdays to find out everything you need to know to change your body composition and how you feel for the rest of your life? Nutrition isn’t something that happens overnight. In the past we have taken a Saturday here and there to cover nutrition and we have always been rushed. I feel like people leave with more questions than answers. They have no clear direction and by default turn back to what had them show up for the nutrition workshop in the first place. Studies indicate that it takes time to create a habit. It’s difficult to show up one day and discuss the topic for a hurried hour and then expect success. However, if we take baby steps and progress toward the end result, creating habits along the way, then we know what we are doing and why we are doing it. It stays with us. We learn instead of just doing because someone said so. I will put a sign up sheet on the announcement board. I was thinking the month of October.
