Everybody has got to get on board with MOBILITYWOD! This guy, Gary Reinl, is brilliant! KStarr is ALWAYS looking for the best way to make a better human being/athlete. Apparently we have had it wrong in the past and research is coming to a much better reasoning/conclusion as it pertains to the body. This video takes a little time but it is a must see!
