Thursday 7-7-11

Warm Up: CrossFit warm up minus the sit ups (if you did ghd sit ups yesterday) – don’t you agree? lol!

For Time:

10 deadlifts 225/155

1 pull up

12 burpees

Each round take 1 deadlift away and add 1 pull up until you complete 1 deadlift and 10 pull ups. Burpees remain the same

    Wow!  What a WOD!!  It was super tough, but I feel great now!!  It’s amazing how you can be completely exhausted, and then a few minutes later you feel that sense of accomplishment and realize that all that work was so worth it!  My time- 24:10- 95 lb dead lifts,  knee blue band pull ups
