Thursday 6-7-12

I know some of you are feeling beat up right now after that AMRAP, but what a turnout. We’ve been having consistently large classes and that’s great! I appreciate everyone’s cooperation today with the WOD review. I know y’all know it’s important to me to get the I’s dotted and the T’s crossed before countdown and that means a lot to me.

I want to say a special thanks to Matt and Spades for helping me get a head start on making our back room more functional.

Warm Up: We will do some serious mobility this morning and do Spealler. We have to prep for Fran Friday tomorrow and for CrossFit for Hope Saturday. 

3 Rounds for Time:

10 Turkish Get-Ups, 1.5/1 pood (5 each arm)

400 M Run

2 Rope Ascents, 15′

    Yea for mobility!  I am headed out of town for 3 days of 8 hour class~!  I will be carrying my peanut!!

    Turkish get ups… Are my least favorite anyway, and certainly my least favorite with 35 lbs overhead. It seriously doesn’t matter what workout we do, it always kicks my butt.
