Thursday 6-14-12

We’ve had lots of questions about the endurance overview. It is not a Saturday event or WOD. It is a six week program designed to increase your endurance. Make sure you make it up here Saturday for the details. I’ve been talking with Daylon more about it and it sounds like awesome programming. He wants to fill in as many people that can make it but we are looking to max out at 15 athletes to actually program for this go around.

    22:20 (singles & doubles) had 2 get plenty of rest after this 1!!! This was really the 1st WOD that’s truly told off on me after being out 4 almost 3 weeks…hope I can get outta bed 2morrow! 😛
