Warrior Dash next weekend!!!! I know everyone going is excited. We will meet at the box that morning and caravan down. Some people have offered to car pool for the ones coming back that day. Some are camping and coming back Sunday if that sounds good to you.

I have a list going up at the box for shirts. If you want to make sure you get a shirt make sure you get on that list. Some have asked can we get CrossFit Texarkana on the front and the 10 skills on the back, kind of something from both shirts on one. That is possible if enough want to do that. I need sign ups to make it happen. Be sure you get on the list!

I am tossing around the idea of doing a class around lunch time. Somewhere between 11 and 12 or doing an “open gym” during lunch. Something like 11:30-1:30. I need input. Every class we have started thus far has turned out successful and I’m sure this one would be no exception, but I would like to know that we could start with about 6 people. Let me know!

With a continuous running clock perform 1 lift at the first minute, 2 lifts at the second minute, 3 lifts at the third minute and so on until you can’t complete the mandatory number of lifts that correlate with that minute. We will use 40% of you deadlift max for your load.

I posted the upcoming days and times for CrossFit Kids at our box last night. I will get the site updated also. Spread the word. Working with a kid before they become deconditioned will change their life drastically, I’ve witnessed the results.
