Thursday 4-4-2013

Great effort by everyone so far this week! I imagine we might be feeling a little beat up today so let’s treat today as a moderate paced maintenance wod. Let’s hit that full range of motion with lighter weight and work some of that soreness out!

15 Min AMRAP:

5 Deadlift 135/95 lbs

10 Burpees

15 Box Jumps 20/14 in
