Guys don’t forget to get registered for the CrossFit Games Open. The first workout will be released next Thursday so get signed up soon!! Anyone planning to do competitive competitions in the near future, i.e. Europa, needs to be signed up. It’s a different ballgame when you REALLY do go Rx and are held accountable for every rep you make!! Not only that but it’s great for community fun and offers a real sense of camaraderie amongst those participating!!
