*50 Jumping Jacks

*Spealler

*2 Rounds with Empty Barbell:

3 Push Press

3 Split Jerk

3 Front Squat

3 Snatch Grip Push Jerk

3 Overhead Squats

then

2 Front Squats + 1 Split Jerk

*work up to heavy single

Hang Power Snatch + Hang Snatch

5 x 2 @ light to moderate weight

3 x 10 Ring Pull Ups

2 x 20 Landmines (add weight if possible)

Cash Out:

800m Run
