The gymnastics modality comprises body weight exercises/elements or calisthenics and its primary purpose is to improve body control by improving neurological components like coordination, balance, agility, and accuracy, and to improve functional upper body capacity and trunk strength.
Every so often one movement get brought up again and again. I love that so many want to improve.
Don’t underestimate today. No matter where you are right now on your pull ups, you will learn something that will make all the difference. After we learn some things we will put our new knowledge to the test. (hint hint)
