10-15 min warm up and mobility

  This could be another lengthy WOD so we will fore go any preWOD work other than the warm up and mobility. This will keep those that want to complete it from having to cut it short due to time constraints. 
  I’m really excited so many participated in the mobility day and I hope each one of you took something away from it that will help you. 
 We will do a great deal of scaling and modifying for this one.

200 m run

7 muscle ups

200 m run

7 handstand push ups

200 m run

30 sec l-sit

200 m run

20 pistols (10 each side)
