I’m very proud of the nutrition group. It seems like every day one of them is saying the right thing. I have, from day one, stressed the importance of the food choices we make but I had not found a successful way to help several people make the decision to eat right for themselves. Usually our athletes eat right for as long as they think they have to because we say that’s how you should eat. Lives have been changed. It’s good. This is the start of something profound.

We have several athletes ready for our in-house competitions. Sunday, November 11 at 1:30 p.m. we will announce the first teams and the first WOD at the box. The first WOD starts then, be ready to go. Rules, standards, future dates and general questions will be addressed at that time. If you have not signed up yet…what are you waiting on?!
