Thursday 10-6-11

It’s a great feeling to know that when we throw something new at our athletes y’all jump right in and get it. As awkward as it seemed at first, look at what’s going down after a few rounds. I love it when a plan comes together!

20 calorie Row
30 Wallball Shots, 20 pound ball
20 Toes to bar
30 Box jumps, 24″ box
20 Sumo-deadlit high-pull, 108 pound kettlebell (We will sub weight with up to 2 pood. I don’t think anyone will mind)
30 Burpees
20 Shoulder to overhead, 135 pounds
120 foot Sled pull, sled plus 165 pounds (We will sub with something cool. Details in the WOD Overview)
