Friday night 6-9. We will have games, prizes, a WOD, plenty of non-paleo food and treats. I need everyone that is going to make it to bring a pumpkin (for the WOD) and plenty of people, wives, husbands and kids. This will be BYOB.
We are putting a couple of teams together for some friendly in house competitions. We will have a sign up sheet on the announcement board if you are interested. We will hold the first competition in November so don’t hesitate to get signed up.
