Double Unders are coming!

I know with the games recently aired there are some that are concerned with looking a certain way (yeah I’m talking about you women that think you’re going to look “manly”). We have NO ONE that has anything to worry about. Continue with the WODs and prescribed nutrition and you will certainly have the lean physique you came to CrossFit for.
