10 KB front squat

8 KB swings

6 burpees

Back Squat (1×5 1×3 1×2 light working up to 90% of 5RM 5X5)

Using 90% of your 5RM

5×5 back squat

if you do not know your 5RM use 85-90% of your 1 RM then take 90% of that number

Texas Method (Time)

3 rounds for time:

20 pull-ups

20 push-ups

20 sit-ups


C2B pull-ups for pull-ups

GHD sit-ups for sit-ups
