Athlete A: Row For Meters @ 60-70% effort (Slightly harder than a conversation pace).

Athlete B: Peform AMRAP of:

5 SxDB Strict Press Per Arm (35/25)

10 Medball Power Cleans (20/14)

5 Step Back Lunges Per Leg

10 Strict AbMat Situps

Athletes switch off every 2:00. The next athlete will pick up wherever the last left off on the AMRAP. Partners will share the same rower. The rower is always going.

You should feel really good moving through this workout. This isn’t about going balls to the wall. There’s gonna be enough of that Monday morning!
