Monday 8-20-12

We had a blast at the competition. I’m so glad we did it. It opens the doors for more competitions. I really encourage everyone to consider competing in a game of some sort. It’s fun! and it’s fitness. We saw some really serious teams and we saw some really goofy teams but all in all everyone was there for the same reason – the love of CrossFit.

September is approaching and so are some transitions we need to be making to better things at the box. At the top of class in addition to warm up and mobility we will be covering these things in preparation. Don’t forget we have a new facility coming soon and we want things running tip top shape for the new place.
