Let me start by saying great job to all of our athletes who competed at the Europa War Games this weekend!!! You all did an amazing job at representing CFT at your first competition. I’m still coming off the high from the weekend. I was blessed to have some pretty amazing people on my team, as did everyone else. All of your hard work that you all put in day to day showed through when it counted and I couldn’t be happier with the turnout! Congrats to Tyler Dunlap on winning the overall Unbroken Double Under Challenge!!! Tyler smashed the competition with a total of 283 double unders and it looks like the road to 300 has begun!!! Thanks to all of the family and friends there and at home who supported the athletes through the weekend! Your encouragement meant all the difference! A special thanks to our friends at CrossFit Avidity for your strong encouragement and cheering for our team in wod 1. That was a pretty cool moment and one of the highlights of my weekend. You guys put in some serious work this weekend yourselves and made your box proud! We’ll be posting pictures from the event on FaceBook, so check for those soon.

Today is a foundations day and we will be holding those classes at 5:30am and pm. New members try to make those please! For anyone that doesn’t know, a few guys are putting together a fantasy football league. The sign up sheet is on the board located by the front door. Get signed up soon if you’re interested. We will officially be kicking off and endurance/nutrition challenge next monday leading into Race For The Cure on Oct 19th. This is going to be a contest with BIG prizes to win for the athletes who improve in the areas of our choosing. You’ll all want to get in on this. The time to start working on them summer bodies is NOW so take the challenge!!
