The first CrossFit Texarkana Endurance class. Daylon said, “Everyone shed time off their 5K. Emily and Jaymi both ran their first full 5K.”  Justin said he took 8:46 off. I say outstanding! Daylon has said since his certification that he would like to do this regularly and CrossFitEndurance has even extended the offer to start a team here. Now that Joe and I have completed the same course I think let’s do it!
