We will close shop the 4th. In the event that we have an “open gym” during our WOD we will update the night before and through social media.

 Warm Up: 400 M Run, 20 Wall Balls

7 Rounds for Time:

7 Sumo-Deadlift High Pull, 95/75

7 Toes to Bar

For every minute it takes you to complete 7 rounds, do that many burpees times 5 (example: it takes you 5:18 to complete 7 rounds you must perform 25 burpees to stop time). Burpees must be completed on top of a #25 plate to be RX.
