Monday 3-18-13

Well it looks like everyone had a blast at the ST. Patrick’s Day WOD. Y’all even had a green man doing all kinds of CrossFit LOL! and still no evidence yet that pukie crashed the party. I’m sure if he did the footage is soon to surface.

Handstand against wall progression 1

This will be the first time we’ve done this. I want to apologize in advance for the pain faces that are about to ensue Mwuahahaha!

Tabata:

One-legged squat, left leg

One-legged squat, right leg

Handstand in the best hollow position you can hold

*Don’t fret, there will be plenty of modification/scaling for this one

This one is for quality more than score. Keep up with total number of reps in all rounds for each leg and note if one side is weaker than the other. See if you are able to hold a handstand for all twenty seconds all eight rounds. Make a observations of what you need to work on to improve each exercise.
