Monday 2-9-2015

CrossFit Games season is upon us!! The open will begin on February 26th and will consist of 5 workouts over a 5 week period. We encourage everyone to participate in the worlds biggest fitness competition. The workouts will be standard CrossFit wods. All participants will be judged on each wod to ensure correct standards are met. This years Open will consist of an RX and scaled division, so everyone is able to participate!! I’d also like to take this time to announce to you guys that the 20th of this month will be my last day as a trainer for CrossFit Texarkana. While I thoroughly enjoy working with each and every one of you, I’m starting to explore some interests outside of the gym. My time training there has been invaluable and I am very grateful to Joe for giving me the opportunity to work with such an amazing community of people. It’s been such a pleasure working with you guys and seeing all of your progress! Thank you all for the great times! -Daylon
