Monday 2-18-13

The move went well. Thanks everybody for all your help. We still have some settling in to do and arrange a few things but we are good to go. Lots of good times coming!

The Run the Line was a blast! Great burgers at the finish line. Daylon and I agree we should only do that much running on election years and no sooner lol! I’m sure there is going to be some recovery time in the mix for the runners. Most of them anyway. We do have a couple of freaks.

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:

135 pound Power cleans, 3 reps

6 Push-ups

9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.
