What a great weekend!! I think all would agree that the Kendrick Farris clinic was awesome!! He was a really nice guy and fun to learn from. Thanks to everyone who participated. This week starts an exciting phase in our training. It’s time to reintroduce ourselves to CrossFit. Please take this time to be open minded and make as many classes as possible. We plan to give you guys instruction that is guaranteed fully to make you a better athlete and a healthier more functional human being. We’re going to pave the way to major gains. Soak it all up folks. Here we go!!!
