Monday 10-6-2014

Today starts our 7:30am classes. We will have this class time available Monday-Wednesday-Friday. Also, don’t forget about our fall membership promotion. Pay for October, November, and December upfront with your October bill and you’ll only pay $25 for the month of December to free up some Christmas shopping money! Spread the word. This would also be a great to get your friends to join up for the fall!

Also, until further notice we will be discontinuing yoga on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
