This Wednesday I will have an introduction to our new weight loss/fat reduction classes. Anyone interested can meet me at the box at 7 p.m. to see what the classes will be all about. Attending this introduction does not obligate anyone to anything. The intention is only to share my vision of helping our¬†community combat every level of obesity and dysfunction. We all know someone in the area that struggles with exercise and diet. This hopefully could be their solution. Invite them and I will handle the rest. Thanks in advance for everyone’s help.¬†
