Monday 1-14-13

Kudos to the Sunday afternoon Nix Creek running team. Getting our Run the Line training on. It really ended up being more like a follow the leader with Daylon and Melinda best I could tell. I was too far back to see just who were the first few to finish lol! Anyway, way to get work done!

15 Minute Warm Up: 500 m row, mat trips, double unders, mobility Shoulder – what to fix first

 row should take @ 2-2:30, mat trips @ 2:00, du @ 2:00 and that leaves half the wu time for mobility. Bam! We are still seeing a lot of “tight shoulders” and hyper-extended backs on burpees and taking loads overhead. Work on your efficiency and work on your mobility! (hint: click on the blue “Shoulder – what to fix first”)

100 Sit Ups
