8 rounds 250m row(4 each) work on transition.
12 TGU 6 each, alt 3 each arm. KB 53/35
60 KB SDLHP change every 10 KB swings KB can’t rest on the floor.
6 rounds ( 3 each)
2 KB snatch waiter carry down mat ,repeat from other end with opposite arm.
6 Rounds 2 kettlebell cleans Front rack carry down the mat, repeat at other end with opposite arm.

Repeat Row.
