Ok guys don’t forget that we have started the new 55+ class on Mon-Wed-Fri at 7:30am. Spread the word because it’s never too late to get started on your fitness! Also, we have listed all foundations dates on the calendar at the box. All new members will be required to attend a set number of these classes. We will be having 2 foundations classes tomorrow. 1 at 5:30am and 1 at 5:30pm. We have dates and times listed for all of August so plan ahead to make some of these times. Remember we also have 31 Heroes on Saturday at 9:30am. If you are planning on participating then it is a good idea to have a partner before Saturday. That way no one is left wodding solo. Time for some friday fun!!!!!
